Jake has been a cornerstone of the team since 2017, transitioning to full-time in 2020. As our Job Site Foreman, Jake ensures that every remodel runs efficiently and every maintenance call is handled with the utmost professionalism. A lifelong local from Stoddard, Jake prides himself on being a fast, effective problem solver who makes sure every tenant feels safe and valued. He finds his greatest "why" in seeing a tenant happy with their home after a fresh transformation. An avid outdoorsman, Jake spends his free time hunting, riding his Harley, playing softball, or enjoying life on the river with his wife.
