Ella is the organizational heart of the Nickelatti Real Estate office. As our Office Manager, she specializes in making the leasing process "smooth and easy" for every applicant and resident. Whether she is assisting a new family with their application or navigating a tenant’s request, Ella’s "superpower" is her ability to keep every digital file and office detail perfectly in order.

Originally from the Oconomowoc and Delafield area, Ella relocated to La Crosse in 2025 for school and has quickly made the Coulee Region her home. She is driven by the rewarding feeling of helping individuals and families find the perfect place to reside. When she isn’t keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine, Ella enjoys a good puzzle, taking her dog for long walks, and grabbing a drink at 7 Brew.
